Electronic Hearing Protection is a Hunter’s Most Indispensible Accessory
I noticed on my last hunting trip the number of hunters who were without hearing protection. It was almost comical how we could hear them before we could see them. They were talking so loudly because their hearing was impaired from the noise of their guns. It made me think of how we don’t really care for our hearing as much as we really should. Once you’ve got hearing damage, there really isn’t a whole lot you can do about it. Electronic hearing protection isn’t mandatory for hunting, but if you value your hearing, it should be.
